Return Policy

All sales are final on customized items.

Please double check your order and use the size charts and spec sheets to ensure you have ordered the sizes you need.

We provide a proof for your order by e-mail that you will need to approve in writing before production begins. Remember, if you do not frequently calibrate your monitor for color, colors on the screen will not match colors in person. If color is critical on your order please provide Pantone numbers with your artwork and we will match threads, inks, or films as closely as possible. We are happy to provide a color sample by mail. (Please add several days to the time needed to complete your order.)

In the unlikely event you receive an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please contact customer service at customerservice@moondogembroidery.com for return authorization. Any defective items must be returned within 10 days of receipt and must be in new, unworn, unwashed, odor free condition with the original packing slip.

If you need to change your order prior to your artwork preparation and garment customization, you will receive a refund less a 20% restocking fee.

Your satisfaction is important us, so we work closely with you in pre-production to ensure you are happy with your order.
